PM disappointed after UN climate change mtg
  Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says he was disappointed after the United Nation General Assembly in New York as major carbon emission countries failed to commit themselves to the actions necessary to save mother earth.

Bainimarama said no region stood more united in purpose than the Pacific at the General Assembly.

He said the message given by the Pacific Islands on climate change will not be able to be ignored as it continues to be threat.

He said their message at the General Assembly was clear: That people are dying and only decisive climate action will save Pacific Island countries.
