Like some others blogger Cameron Slater sets no limits on freedom of speech: "A modern-day university should understand and embrace that principle above all others"(Really?). claims the incident has damaged the university's reputation (I doubt it), and then stretches his argument even further: "If all the universities are doing is teaching dogma, the next generation of doctors, nurses and builders will never be able to think for themselves... " (Come on, Cameron! What NZ university teaches dogma? Spell h-y-p-e-r-b-o-l-e)
